Nice post Tom.
I like your writing style too.

Question, what is Cous Cous and Vitargo?
Never heard of these before.

Potato?........Sweet Potato is more nutritious by far but if you want some regular potato like a russet then have one.

cous cous is a small bitty carb derived from wheat, easy to make cos you just add hot water and it soaks it up. Then add some tomato and herb sauce and you've got a yummy meal.

Vitargo is a complex carb derived from barley which is very low glycemic but passes through the stomach quickly so you don't get bloated. This is the carb up of choice for the discerning bodybuilder in recent times dut to it's ability to attract and retain a lot of water.

Cous Cous is wicked to cook with, used a lot in Greek foods. (us brits go to Greece loads Scott cause it is close has great sun and is cheap! I know you like learning about our habits! lol)

I cook it by mixing a stock cube with hot water and letting it soak with the wheat for 10mins, really tasty

I use Pro-peptide with Creatine PWO I like the CNP products as they mix well and have a good range of protien.

There are lots of islands in Greece, most are fantastic, some are a bit backwards - (no toilet paper, shower is just a tap on the wall!) but all have great food and cheap beer! Yeah the sights are great, lots of old church's and castles.

You should go
