WHAT WHEY/PROTEIN
im nearly out of whey (met-rx supreme whey £35) & was wondering what to get next, or stick to this.

Hey Hovis,

I just got MET-RX Supreme Whey off the Muscletalk shop. Got a good deal, though it's run through SNC....

Buy one 5lb tub for £31.99 and get a 2lb tub free. Only thing is, like most of these sites you've got to spend at least £50 to get free delivery, so I just bought two 5lb tubs and got two little ones free. I thought I may as well because it was a good deal, and in fairness, they delivered to me at about 10am the next morning.

I'm also looking at these Bulk Powder sites that look very cost-efficient, the only thing I'm wary of is I'm so used to trusting brand names, and wonder how good the protein actually is in them.

Good choice Chris! ;)

The WPC80 (euro) is a very bland whey protein (taste wise) so you can easily mask the taste using a variety of products. Here are some tips:

Nesquik
Robinsons "Just For Milk"
Cocoa Powder
Blended real fruit (the best option)
Our flavouring systems

If trying to re-create a "off the shelf" taste then add some Splenda (sucralose) as sweeteners make a huge difference.

I used to use peak body, but just giving optimum a go, 5lb for 31 quid or something like that
