| Natural Heights | How do i make my own gainer? Basically i want to make my own progain, i have a new 5kg pile of myprotien finest protien, and was wondering what is the best carb to add to this? Went on the maximusle site and it says i should be taking 7 meals with each containing 29g protien and 33g carbs, and theres no way im taking that amount of carbs at present and i think i need too, to see better gains. |

![]() | Hi, There are 2 options for creating your own gainer at home. 1) You can add maltodextrin to create a high calorie drink. This is most common in gainers but is also a older formula. 2) You can add oats or barley to create a high carb drink but with a lower GI than the above. Thanks ![]()

![]() | Thanks. ![]() Yeah we get the oats milled to a super fine powder so they "mix" well in water and don't give that gritty texture.
