![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Depends on alot of variables... on how many solid meals you can have that day... you may have a day where shakes make up more than half your meals... but on average I have 3-5... depending on how long I am up for and if I am going to be able to consume a solid meal... thats including my 3 solid meals a day..

![]() ![]() ![]() | try to keep them to a minimum. whole food is much much better! (Except PWO) Also a lot of the bars are high in sugars and the protein comes from something like glycerol ( I think its this, its the stuff made from boiling bones), which makes them nice and chewy, but the amino acids in this type of protein isnt able to be converted like normal protein, so therefore is useless, but looks good on the label as it ups the protein count!

Some shakes and bars contain a lot of hidden carbs which will f**k up your fat-loss. EAS do a good range of low-carb (called 'carb sense') bars and MRPS that I have found useful in the past. As I said before though don't go overboard or you will end up spending far to much $$$'s on supplements that you could replace with healthy, nutritous food that costs a lot less! Best of luck, Jock

All eas products look nice now they've changed to their funky new packaging though! I'm a sucker for things like packaging and marketing. Its stupid because they are still exactly the same product, but they look so much more appealing in the new pots.

Even though I respect Bill Phillips' approach and the overall quality of EAS products, they are expensive. Best no to rely on these types of supps, they will drain your bank accountif you get carried away.

Even so, I dont take too many supps since although I'm not paying for them if I eat all the stock I wont make any profit! Oh - I tell you one low carb range that is good - labrada. I love their low carb lean body mrps - tropical flavour - probably my favourite mrps!
