Appetite stimulants
Anyone know of effective appetite stimulants - not drugs?

Never had this problem before but I think my body's trying to stop me getting any bigger, which obviously isn't right.

I was going to try hydrolysed aminos with a dextrose tablet 10 minutes before a meal to artificially increase Insulin but is there anything else people have tried which is effective?

Can you get B12 injections legally or is this something you'd acquire like Kynoselen or gear? Not a source request, but B12 injections come up a lot in conversation so I wonder how you get them. I normally pop Vitamin-B tablets, but heard this is inferior to injections. Cheers.

As far as i know they are totaly legal. Im not sure if one of our sponsors does them but they can be aquired form vet places abroad. Just odnt use them on yourself innit use them on your misses horse;)

No many only jab once a week.

B12 is also good for lowering homocysteine.
Keeping homocysteine at levels associated with lower rates of disease requires both adequate B12 and folate (also known as folic acid) status. Low vitamin B6 status can also cause elevated homocysteine in some people.

You are probably alright with homocysteine but gear does elevate it to some degree.

B12 is better absorbed in a shot than taken orally.

10mg 2-3 times aday...the tubs used to have the recomended dosage on them for what ever bodyweight you are...

Also Biohazard do a good product called ICE which works as an appertite stimulate and a shuttler of food in the the muscles,it is a strong product but works..

What is the best product for a little stimulant, I dont need a massive boost just a little kick? I might take up smoking then give up as this apparently stimulates eating
