![]() ![]() | hi i am 17 and i am 13 stone, i am in the position where i can bulk up or become toned quite easily as i have decent amount of muscle mass and only have about three quarters of a stone in body fat to loose before i have quite a lean body and toned. basicly i aint sure what to take i am thinking about buying met rex protein sachets and some creatine capsules. already taking maximuscle, muscle and size shake and codliver oil capsules. any recomendation appreciated |

Water - free! Protein powder - maximuscle is expensive as is met rex- look at the whey consortium website - cheap and effective Creatine monohydrate - pure and simple, capsules will be more expensive - just go for plain old creatine powder Fish oils - go for EPA fish oil - similar to cod liver, similar price, but a little better. Multi vits - I take source of life whole food multi vits Fibre - apple pectin Enzymes - help you digest food Tight by San - fat burner - helps keep your fat down slightly

![]() | Bulk up - I've been using Serious Mass by Optimum Nutrition (1200 cals per serving) Creatine - Agree with above, don't use caps or Maximuscle....plain old monohydrate Protein - Go for Pro-Peptide by CNP Maybe a testo boost? - IsaTest by Isatori...I got awesome results stacking that with my protein! Give it a go anyways...gd luk |
