![]() | Ive looking around for vitamin info for a while now but as usual, you find somewhere saying one thing and someone saying something else. So, how much vitamins should i be taking while bulking? i read somewhere that its something like 2000mg vitamin C and about 200mg vitamin Bs. Also, im looking for a kind of cheap vitamin supplement. Ive been loooking and cant find any that have a high vitamin content for cheap. At the moment im using some from asda ones but theyve only got the RDA in each pill, so i would have to about 100 a day. Thanks |

| Your Friendly neighbourhood pusha! | fist of all multi vits is essential IMO weaether workin out or not, IMO just pop down to holland and barret and get the cheapest multi vits, and one ED Vitc, 100mg Cod liver oil, that should be all you need realy, take all once ED
