Pro plus
I my quest to make a homebrew ECA stack i chose pro plus tabs as the caffeine source. Theyre cheap and easily available but in order to meet the recommended caffeine dose as found in most eca stacks (200mg) i have to down 4 of these pills. Is this safe? Does anyone here supplement in a similar fashion? Its just Pro Plus recommend 1/2 tabs each time thats all.

Noob question but what would i use to measure out servings of caffeine. After a dose is pretty small, 200mg or so.
