ok i will add creatine first, was going to just use a teaspoon mixed in pwo shake.

I have been training and using gear for about 6 year but never used these two supplements

creatine has a lot of scientific research behind it, i've never really used glutamine

Is it worth doing a loading phase on creatine? Or just keep to using it in pwo drinks?

Dont load, just take 5g a day as the any more than that and your body will not be able to absorb it and you will be throwing your creatine down the toilet...literally

^^^^^ Best way ^^^^^ Normal Creatine Mono is as good as any IMO

I have had great results with both CellMass and Pro Creatine E2. I don't get on with Creatine Monohydrate as it gives me digestive problems.
