Udo's Essential Oil Blend

Popular product....Get all my good fats from fish/avacado's/nuts but want to extend a litte, need help bumping up my ratio a bit.

I know there will be loads of people who use this regularly...just wondering if there is any other product that equals quality and possibly a little cheaper as i have spent most of my money on meat+nlarge.

The thing about Udos and Holland and Barret blend is that it gives the Omega 3,6,9s in their proper ratio for best use by the body (apparently)

I've used both and didn't notice a variation in results from one to the other. Although do notice a difference when I stop using either.
