its easier for me to prepare and mix all my protien n that the day before i use it, is it ok to drink wether ive mixed with milk or water a day after i have mixed it? thanks

we had this thread recently

some say it degrades once mixed some say it dont...

IMO...

wash out ur shakers...dry them... put the powder in the night b4 and in the morning add the milk/water

takes 2 secs to add the fluid...

and saves the question does it degrade or not

Agreed, takes secs to shake them up and plus they will taste nicer fresh!!! :o

Definately taste nicer if they are freshly mixed m8. I dred going back to mine after 30 minutes if I didn't manage to finish it all in the first go. Always tastes horrible then :p

Who knows what it would taste like after 24 hours of being mixed! lol

it degrades after half an hour or so unless you freeze it but as stated above , its not hard to make a fresh shake! You always carry a bottle of water RIGHT ??(knowing as you do that you should drink plenty water so always have some on hand!!) so with your powder ready you can make a shake anytime anyplace

Expand on 'degrades' please? As if you mean the protein chains break down do people not pay more for hydrolised protein? Those manufacturers that say their protein must be drunk as soon as possible obtain their whey from extremely processed and so very poor sources. We've been here before......

Where did you hear protein degrades after half an hr?? It doesn't!! :lift: Just to let you know.:o But, if there is any scientific proof on it that I don't know about, I would love to know. Thankyou very much.
