Help Please

weights and body weight have been going up last few weeks doing 2 day split. Getting harder now....before i change my routine i want to push my weights to the max.

currently supplementing:
Creatine Monohydrate
Glutamine
Fish oils
BCAA
Multi-vits
Protein powder
Creatine Serum
Enzymes
Vitamin C
Zinc

Been having some tribestan last 2 months and am thinking of buying Ecdystan and Mumie (all from Alchemy). Ecdysten in particular i am interested in but is it jsut a marketing hype again? Thoughts anyone...because i have heard from a few people now the benefits of these supplements.

Yep. Do agree with you Lauren...not much left now so when it's out i wont bother buying any more. Any thoughts on the Ecdysten?

It is probably worth giving it a go as it looks pretty good, but with all the other supplements your taking you may not notice it even if it did work for you!

You can only use so much creatine a day anyway.
Overdoing it wont do anything extra.
