I have got to ask, can anyone tell me a good tasting shake? At the moment I have "Maximuscles Progain (strawberry)" and though it is not bad I find it too sweet tasting, they say it should be mixed with water but it is not nice like that much better with milk.
Has anyone tried "Syntrax Nectar" is that any good? I like the sound of that stuff.

Also anyone know the maximum intake of protein that should be taken in one go, most shakes seem to be 20-30gs per serving but I saw one "Maximuscles Promax Extreme" that was 76.5g per serving can the body process that amount in one go?

syntrax nector is very nice and mixes easily in water however it is only a Whey isolate drink and you would be better off using a blended drink like the protein Extreme Nutrition sell..

As for max amount of ptotein one can ingest in one sitting there is no set amount as we are all diffrent i would say for me it is about 50g but you might be diffrent

pro gain bannana is nice! but try dymatise mega milk! gr8 tasting and can get cookies and cream flavour, probably the closest u will get to a propper milk shake, u can pick it up from wither the UK muscle store (link on main page) and or Laurens shop http://www.profitnessltd.com/

Great 1 is correct, cookies and cream mega milk by Dymatize is awesome, actually tastes like a proper creamy milkshake.

I HATE Maximuscle products, I find their protein tastes awful and very, very overpriced for what you actually get.

Syntrax Nectar is ok for an alternative to normal whey as its more like a juice drink than a shake. But its very expensive for the amount you get, it only comes in 2lb tubs for about £30-35 I think. Where as you can get a 5lb tub for the same value and also they will be a blend of proteins.
