| Looking Freaky | protien, need a new one i usualy use pro-mass but i need just pure protien now but im trying to get between 4-6 shakes necked a day ive only ever used pro mass really but atm im trying to cut bf down and pro mass is kinda high in carbs..... anyways i dont want anything to expensive and i need it to last me a month as then i can just buy one a month

i dont see the problem in haveing them shakes, i mean the guy might have to? he might work silly hours like me and just simply cant eat on the job. but as matt always says, get as much protein in you as you can..... if u ever ask a big guy how much protein he is takeing, i bet he doesnt say 50g a day, i bet its about 400g.

| Board Geek | I have to plug Reflex whey, you can get it from silentbobs place (Sorry Lauren!). Ive used it for the ten months Ive ben training, weight in Jan=68kg, weight in Oct=78kg.
