Any kno anything about it, or its actual benefits or used it? as far as i kno its just Glutamine that is Ethyl Ester based, meaning its slowly released in your sysye, (im guessing)

It'd need to be attached to the compound. Here's a good read..Its about creatine ethyl ester but it explains the ester properties really well.

Regarding Glutamine, I have been banging on for ages about how free form glutamine (the one EVERYBODY sells except us) is pointless because it gets absorbed by the gut lining which is pourous and is made from glutamine. You need to consume glutamine in peptide bonded chains with other aminos so its digested like a food and makes it through to an area of the gut called the cillia where amino acids and sugars end up for the passing blood to collect them and carry them to the muscles.

We've been doing a Glutamine Complex for ages which has half the glutamine from peptide bonded and half from free form, keeping the gut happy and also getting glutamine through to the muscles. So why the need for glutamine ethyl ester, hmmmm, another new product which will now have every company telling us free form glutamine is pointless (like they've done with creatine monohydrate?).

Watch and see if this is the case, if it is you know how much most supplement companies are after your cash. We never produced free form because we thought it pointless even though its cheap to buy in and leads to healthy profits.

Our Glutamine complex already does what a glutamine ethyl ester will do, but how much more will GEE be?

If you are planning to use them pre-workout I'd say 10, one of my athletes (Chris Wall) uses 12 mid workout and all the guys in the gym he uses seem to have followed suit and are all saying it has made a difference to their recovery.

I had my Mrs take 6 with each solid meal when she was dieting for her second comp, just to keep her muscles getting a constant supply of glutamine and another 17 aminos too.

A pro who is sponsored by another company used them in his contest prep (and he did use 50 a day admittedly), but when on low carbs his wife thought he was on a higher carb day because of the fullness they create.

With regards to how many you should use is hard for me to answer, if for example you were using 50gr Extreme Protein twice a day, you would already be getting 22gr of peptide bonded glutamine from those 2 shakes. So only you know what else you are using so have a good look at that. No point in taking a dozen glutamine after a workout washed down with a whey, you then have probably too much hitting the system in one go.

If you want to say what your regime is like I'll try to advise.

Well, 300 caps of Extreme 'Glutamine' is £16.95 How much glutamine in bonded form per cap though??
Myprotein is carrying GEE for £8.95 per 100g (pure) and goes down to £6.71 per 100g, depending on amount bought (~700g). And even cheaper still for bulk.

Im not denying you have a good product, just comparing costs.

Their product is not the same as ours so its like comparing apples and oranges. UK-Muscle members get a 25% discount off Extreme products at retail price so its now approx £12.75.

Per cap I need to work out bcos I'm sitting here at 2.08am unable to sleep and all my stuff is in the office! Keep an eye on the post and I'll get back to you.

Paul things are great, Extreme has had a second bumper year in a row and our Uni testing programme has began now too. 3 new products in the pipeline for next year and some more tweaking of original formulas.

I just need a bloody holiday!

Just wanna get my facts str8 now, would u say L-Glutamin (in free form) is pointless on its own? and the GEE (or your glutamine in bonded form) will do whats its supposed to do and worth it? and is this now gonna be the same for BCAA's and EAA's?

me Jenny and Kiana are good...still no sign of a baby though hence why i am in my 20th week off AAS.

been speaking to Harold about competing without AAS (although other things will be used...lol) my plans are to compete at the west britian and then your SPF show i am not sure about the britian depends if i feel i can better what i brought to the stage this yr....

chuffed to bits for Jo and her recent success also glad to hear Extreme has done well as soon as Jenny lifts the supplement ban i will be intouch mate..
