| Your Friendly neighbourhood pusha! | After alot of research I have composed an Essential suppliment shopping list, and posting it so i can get some feedback and or comments, and ofcourse for anyone who is intersted in doing he same. (all in bulk order's, as they last longer and cheaper in the long run) BCAA's CCE Dextrose Whey protein L-Glutamine Multi Vits and minerals Zinc Gluconate 25mg Vit C 1000mg Omega 3 Fizh Oil's 1000mg Am i missing anything else?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | i think the BCAA's are an expense you don't need to be honest after reading a few article's and the Omega 3 should be a mix of all 3/6/9 . L-Glutamine I have used and thought it was good for helping to recover a bit faster and keeping colds away(helping ammune system) but then if you dont over train that should not be a problem. If the Dextrose if for pre/post work out drink i prefer Honey (good tip from ChefX) and i would swap the Zink for ZMA as big said. I am back in the UK soon and i am picking up a few bit, i have a fairly long list of supps to get, i might try Nitrix too, as i would like to experiance it myself. Big whats with the Taurine when on clen? |

| Your Friendly neighbourhood pusha! | Taurine helps against one of the sides of clen, (cramps) as i was taking it, but luckly for me i experience only the shakes! not too bad!
