   | Opinons on this... Now and again im partial to the odd can of redbull and a couple of ephedrine tablets before i train. As its full of sugar i was looking for a substitute, what do you guys think of this.   Ingredients: Ingredients: Carbonated Water, Taurine (0.6%), Citric Acid, Flavouring, Caffeine (0.03%), Sweeteners (Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Panax Ginseng, Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Colours (E110). Apparently its manufactured in the USA? Looks ok to me.. opinions?

 | Red bull has a carb free one with the same kick and it tasts good too. I think it has two grams of carbs. Same price, same kick, same thing but very low in carbs and they make me hyped.

| Thanks hacks, i hadnt realised about the other redbull lol. apparently this xs stuff is carb free? heres a link to the site http://www.xsgear.co.uk/home.asp a colleague in work is saying he can get me loads of the stuff

 | Lee, dont waste your money mate, they taste like sh1t!!! We had a dithering old couple coming in trying to flog them to me, it one of those pyramid schemes these people are doing. They try and get you to buy crates and crates of it then for you to try and sell it on etc. Only thing is its not allowed to be sold via retail outlets, yeah good one!!! LOL It has to be sold via bars, clubs etc served as drinks. They taste so chemically its untrue. Personally I hate Redbull, but would rather drink that than them horrible XS drinks YUK!!!!

| to put it politely, ive always found red bull completely w@nk to assist a workout!! nowadays i use either a couple of bottles of Red Kick or Maxiforce and a couple of ephedrines. I used to use a supplement called Ultimate Orange before a workout, now that stuff was for real!! it felt like you had been plugged in at the mains!! Dont know if you can get that stuff anymore. Anyone know if it is still on the shelves?!
