Question Best supplement?

Just a quick one, if funds are tight what would you say is the best supplement for my money is.

but if you are trying to gain weight then a gainer shake like Pro-Mass would be better..

Not trying to gain weight really (already 195Lbs @ 5ft 10) just trying to get some good shape

Yes to be truthfull I am carrying a few extra pounds of the wobbly stuff.
But that said I have declared war on it already I was 210Lbs a few months back.

i have to disagree with you Lauren i think a protein blend will be much better as Whey will be used far too quickly.

All the wheys are blends of different proteins, such as concentrate, isolate, and whey peptides.
It must be my wording, i meant a pure whey as in the above over a mass gainer. Sorry my explanation was a bit out!! :o
