Hi
i have been advised to start taking Gabba as part of my training and dieting to build muscle for a competeion in September and wondered if anyone can shed some light on exactly what it is??

i have been told what it is for and that it help me use my growth hormones when im sleeping, to feed muscle and help it grow but i have a tub of it and not list of exactly what is in it???

it's an amino acid that releases growth hormone,there are benefits and side effects.look up GABA.

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) as it is known is the most widespread inhibitory Neurotransmitter within the brain.
GABA induces relaxation an analgesic effect and aids in sleep too. GABA is made within the brain from Glutamate with the help of Vit B6.

I have used GABA powder before and found it really helped with sleep and so helps in recovery as when the body is at rest/sleep this is the best time the body recovers.
I took between 3-5g 30 mins before bed and a good nights sleep was had. Initially though around 10 mins after taking it a flushing feeling and shrtness of breath can be felt but then i just lowered the dosage to alleviate this.
