Talking muscle building sup's ??

Hello there people.... hope you dont mind me popin in, im new to this site today and have been doin to much reading! now have a head ache.
anyways does anyone have any advice on good muscle building supplements for women. because there it so much outh there and i dont know whats safe and whats not .... i dont want to put on weight i just want something that will help me with building the muscle, im not a hardcore body builder but i am wanting something that will help me out with building up good strong muscle.

Whey protein would be the only supplement id really recommend.
Though you could use creatine mono to. You dont 'need' any supps though.

i know i dont need any but just thought id take a look see whats out there just incase....there is so many tho but thanks for the info hunny. will have a read up on it. x

My wife wanted more tone to her muscle as she is small in build and slim but lacked the tone so i altered her diet to include more protein and changed her training a little and the changes where noticable within 2 weeks so i would advise the same.
Make sure you are getting a sufficient amount of protein in your daily diet....
