![]() | she could try clen....although women may find it a litle worse for side efffects than men, dont know why this is but I've never liked it. Id'd suggest ephedrine, I think it's much better any way. IMO women are best advised to avoid steroids unless they seriously want to gain more muscle than is naturally attainable. As regards training , you dont need to be 'up' on womens training, the same basic principles apply. Bottom line is your body reflects the food you eat and the exercise you take, although various 'supplements can enhance the effects there of;) |

In all honesty, I see alot of women 'training' which means too much cardio, not enough weights and not enough intensity on the weights. What has she tried as fat burners? Honestly, diet works well, not the 'easy' option, but much better in the long run. Women start to look more 'masculine' anyways when they rip up, so adding steroids to the equation, which can permanently alter their appearance is not really anything I would recommend. What is it today with all the gear info for women? Does she want to compete? x x x T |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Lady wanting to cut up??? Hi Streetwise, just noticed you come from my home town of Rotherham. I live in the Greek islands now but I have fond memories of Rotherham, the great shops and the market. Will be visiting in October to see my family in Maltby. Personally, I would go for the cutting diet and hard training every time. I have been on Lip06 fatburner for twelve weeks now. Although it does not work for some it has certainly worked for me. It gives me an enormous boost in energy and hike in my metabolism.I am eating a very clean cutting diet ,drinking only loads of water and training heavy and hard with the weights. I also go to kickboxing twice a week for the cardio, and swim whenever I can get to the beach. Even spring cleaning the house can become good cardio done fast enough. I have lost twelve kg in sixteen weeks and have now started cutting body fat whilst trying to keep the muscle I have managed to build. I hope to compete again in the future, having competed over twenty years ago. I will be 53 this year, and have never looked or felt this good!! The progress in the science of working out and nutrition has come on leaps and bounds. Make the most of the good advice on this site!!
