| question to jenkins or any others Hi guys, I squatted 210kg in a centurion suit only around 3 weeks ago with at least 220kg in me, my belt and wraps squat was around 190kg deep. Ive only just started squatting last week did 120kg with belts and wraps for few sets of 5, pushed it yesterday and went to 150kg but that felt heavy compared to usual, but the day before I squatted that I was at a party so didnt sleep eat much
is this common after taking the suit off and training raw? I felt a bit weaker raw, but Im hoping to push the weights up and get to my best within the month. I was training in the suit for about 3 weeks so havent squatted raw for a bit of time
