(before i have a go) I dont train below 4-5 reps BTW Has anyone got a link to the calculator floating about for it Thanks

Rember the highter the reps your useing to make the calculation the wider of the mark the 1 rep max calculation will be. Best way to figure it out is to do a warmup then do a series of progressive heavyer singles untill you get pinned. |
