![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | good aims? hey guys for any of you who keep an eye on my log you will reslise i have decided to go back to fighting, i will prob go back at 170lbs but i aim to be a 170lbs at 10%bf if i find it ok i will consider a move up to 185lbs. but when i hit my aim i will want to maxiise my strength, as it will be a major advantage, so my question is what are good aims for lifts at 170lbs 10%bf deadlift - bench - squat - is there a rough aim ? ie doubke weight for deadlifts etc etc? |
