Question for Chris Jenkins or others

Is there a correct way to wrap knee wraps? i.e start at the top or bottom, wrap over the knee or leave showing?

Thanks

Fivos

I start at the bottom and work my way up. Funny you should mention this as my training partner has just been practicing wrapping my knee's. I have an old Ed Coan vid in the house and he used to wrap his knee's starting form the top. I will get some footage of the way I wrap my knee's next week when I squat. Do you use Inzer wrap's??

Re: Question for Chris Jenkins or others

The deadlift suit help's your lockout and you dont have the same support around the thigh and hip area as a squat suit. Some lifter's like to use a squat suit to deadlift but it can be difficult to get down to the bar. If you deadlift with a lot of back and little leg's this could be an advantage.

I would not use a deadlift suit to squat as it gives you almost no support, the equipment you have mentioned sounds really good Fivos.

Additional to what Chris has said - a lot of really good deadlifters don't use a deadlift suit, especialy the bigger blokes.

Try lifting with and without to see what suits.
