| Newbie Trainer | getting started i have been lifting on and off for 5 years and have been constant for the past 6 months, im 5ft10 and 15st. my diet is currently in check and is doing me well. at the minute at the gym Im doing what I can as its stupidly busy due to all the new years resolution new members. i want to get more focused and training for power and strength rather then for a typical BB physique Im wanting to start doing some strength training into my routine, apart from the standard compound exercises like, bench press, squat & dead lift (which are all part of my current routine) is there anything else I can stick into my routine. Can any one help me sort out a 3 day split routine that will help build power and strength. ????? |
