![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | High School Football Player Benches 100kg x22 I'm doing a lot of reading on westside style training at the moment and the repetition training that the program advocates has me fascinated, I've never trained like this. Joey De Franco includes this in all three of his skinny b@stard programs. I know DB trains westside but has anyone else got any experience of high rep training? This kid I assume is a high school football player and unbelievably strong for a 16/18 year old, how he manages to bang out 22 reps of 100kg is beyond me.

Also his form does leave a bit to be desired.

They go totally nuts for High School/College sport over there - and with the chance to get scholarships etc etc they are under alot of pressure to perform. They start weight training at about 14/15 too from memory...

Magic: Do you do any of the skinny b@stard programs? what does you upper body RE days consist of? I'm interested because I want to give part 3 a whirl in the new year.

I am stopping after NY to do single muscle splits for 6 weeks while I use IGF, but i'll go back on this in 8 weeks time when I start AAS again. I have grown well on it for sure.
