Definitley a very underrated exercise. I doubt we will see any how much can you good morning polls!

I would say its down to becuase they work simply with a barbell so no fancy machine needs to be used so no cash for the manufacturers or fancy gadget for the clubs to show off... That and people just get molly coddled these days with the pc health brigade... | |

Interestingly Justin Hurley uses a wider stance with more movement at the knee than I've seen in some other examples. Given the dodgy disc I have in my lower back, should I avoid these, or perhaps just do partials (as I do for SLDLs)? I could always use a 'light' weight, but you get to the point where you wonder whether it's actually worth doing a particular exercise. |
