![]() | Re: Good Mornings I've just started doing these too and find them great for lower back n hamstrings..some of the guys in the gym were already asking me about them as it's one of those exercises that u dont see that much anymore..i only risked myself with 60 kg for three sets of 8-10 tho!!...gonna try and build this one up slowly and surely lol |
