abs.

I need to start getting my abs in to shape, what would be the best exercises for me to do to create a six pack with some definition. please help me...

ie.running etc.i do have a tread mill just don't use it much.

The best exercise to create a six pack with definition would be diet & cardio...

If your bodyfat is in single-digit status & you have abs, just do the usual crunches etc, although the structure of your abs is genetically based.

Your six pack is already there just waiting to be unveiled, its just covered by a layer of fat. As said above lower your bf, start doing your ab exercises theres loads out there (crunch, plank, knee raises) and your on your way.

russian twists i found were mega for defenition in the traverse abs area (obviousley low BF as eveyone else said too, though the more you train your abs the better they will look, after all there muscles like all the others in your body, they will grow if trained.)
