![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | hanging with bodyweight only for time as it says- did this for the first time the other night hands shoulder width apart as the guys who do strongman do this for grip training- im 14st 5 and managed two mins hands about shoulder width grip, anyone else do this exercise? im going to have to set goals for longer now! |
