Then I set aside one day in the week and just go to the gym and hit my abdominals. I add some plyometrics in to my training once a week. I'll do vertical jumps and various execises for my trunk. I've started doing side bends with dumbell's heavy, I went to Bodies gym in Leeds and trained with Andy Bolton a few months back and he loves them (I nicked that idea from him)lol. Hanging leg raises are good, I do them with my feet in front to the sides and tuck them in as though in the same position as I was squating like a reverse crunch. I also like roman chair sit ups, reverse crunches and rope crunches..

Im hoping to go out to Venice beach on july 21st to see Flex and lift in a push pull comp. Its all single ply gear so I have been training in double layer and single ply kit. It is close to where I live so it would be nice to lift in it, just have to see how it goes mate and how Im looking after the Brits. Are you lifting in it or are you sticking with strongman? Bloody hate repping with front squats, first set's ok lol. I like doing them as Im quite sure they help my deadlift. The gym is Body and Mind in Port Talbot, I havent trained in Kicks for some time, Flex was home and xmas and I was going to train there with him for a few weeks but ended up staying in my home dungeon of Port Talbot, they have some good kit Forza benches a monolift Ivanko power bars and 50kg disks. Do you train in Kick's mate?
