Training Programme - Please Help!!!

Hi everyone.

I've tried asking everywhere else and no-one seems to want to help...

I have been weightlifting for about 4/5 years now and although I still have a fair bit of body fat, I am however quite strong.

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what sort of workout I can now do next...?

I would like to lose a bit of the fat as I have a wedding to go to in November, but I'm not overly fussed as I would also like to gain more strength too...

Any help would be much apprectiated, and just to squeeze it in, this forum rocks!!!

Simple, diet.
Bodyfat is controlled mostly by what you put in your mouth.
It is far easier to not take in the calories than have to burn them off.

That is cool, basic compound lifts, using heavier weight will give you some bulk.
You want a bulky physique?

Re: Training Programme - Please Help!!!

I guess you gotta figure out what you wanna do next before people can help. If you wanna lose fat you're either gonna have to hit the cardio or cut the cals. It'll be hard to make gains while doing either of these.

If you are going for mass then as Hacks said, heavy compounds on possibly a 5x5 style routine would be best. Have you tried strength routines before? Maybe have a word with Big about Dual Factor training. Hope you like squatting!

There you go, I had to read it more than once to digest it.
Fantastic read, that is why I pointed you that way.
