Thumbs up FULL STRENGTH

I don't know how many of you out there have heard of a German guy called Werner Kieser but he has written a book called "Full Strength". It covers everything from basic A and P to specific training techs. The revolutionary equipment he founded is based on the Nautilus machines and explains how this equipment prepares and works muscles on an individual basis. There is a gym is London that is well worth a visit.

The publisher is Martin Dunitz
