![]() | realistic goals?? hi guys was wondering are these realistic goals?? 17 years old training 11 n half months in a years time: bench = 150 - 160 kg dead = 240- 250 kg sqaut = 180 - 190 kg current; bench 130kg dead 210kg sqaut 160kg ??????????
