| Newbie Trainer | This would be my first ever cycle. Went down from 16st Blobby blubber to what you see there. But even though I've been training for 3 years, for the last year i just dont seem to be getting any bigger and hardly stronger, even with a variety of different hypertrophy training methods, Anyway, I want to pass my max, The cycle that Ive got is a Deca Durabolin & sustanon 250. Any recommendations for first timers, the time frames of the cycle, the dosage for a first time etc...? Thanks Sai |

im on the same cycle as you im six weeks in and gettinging good gain im takingnoe mil of test three times a week and 2 mill of deca. getting really good gains but getting lots of spots.thats just part or it .make sure your eating clean and getting your protine intake right keep ya suger and salt intake lol this stuff will blow you out big time and you will easy pass your max lift and size let me know how you get on.

You want to run Sustanon on its own for your first cycle. Im sure all will agree with me on this one. You want to run it for 10 weeks & 2 weeks after your last jab start pct of nolvs &/or clomid. Sust x 12 wks 2ml p/w (1ml Sunday-1ml Thursday) After week 5 of running this cycle with a good clean diet you will definatly see big gains and guaranteed strength increase. i know alot of people will ask you this .. i'm not saying don't do gear but what's your diet and training is like. are you eating enough ? if your going to use gear you might as well make the most of it with proper diet and training good luck
