Beginners; there is no need to over-complicate cycles.

This was a QUALITY post by Biker made quite a while back which used to be sticky in the steroids forum, which imo needs to be somewhere for newbies to read as it helped me out a lot when I started. Feel free to add more helpful info!

--------------------------------------------------------
Back to Basics! Many beginners over complicate cycles these are all perfectly good simple cycles!

ED = every day
EOD = every other day

In order of experience from no experience to regular user.

1. Ideal first time user. Oral Only

Dianabol 8 weeks at 40mg ED (half dose on the last week)
1 x Nolva EOD
Clomid therapy commences the day after you finish Dianabol.

2. Test and Dianabol – this should be good for a few cycles, some never feel the need to increase beyond doses like this!

8 weeks of Testosterone (sustanon, cypionate or enanthate) 500mg a week
8 weeks of Dianabol taken as per cycle 1
1 x Nolva EOD
Clomid therapy commences 2 weeks after last shot of cyp or enanth, 3 weeks after sust.

3. Test Deca/EQ

8 weeks of Testosterone (sustanon, cypionate or enanthate) 500mg a week
8 weeks of Deca or EQ at 300mg a week (can be increased to 400mg a few cycles down the line.)
You can also add (although it’s no bad thing to have a break from orals occasionally) 8 weeks of Dianabol taken as per cycle 1
1 x Nolva EOD
Clomid therapy commences 3 weeks after last shot of deca

Expect some weight gains on d-bol, it made me gain weight more than any other gear.
Does tend to hold water tho, but great for strength (to me).
It seemed to give me an overproduction of yeast for some reason (probably diet related).

Keeping your gains, sleep, diet, lift, PCT, creatine.

Re: Beginners; there is no need to over-complicate cycles.

i found it destroyed my mojo, couldnt get it up aged 20!!!
but with good diet and pct you will enjoy.

one thing i will point out is that it might be a good idea to take 100omg of milk thistle (holland and barret) along with this cycle everyday, and loads of water.

rule of thumb: if you urine is not clear then your not getting enough water.

Deca only cycles I would never recommend, for a number of reasons.
Test rocks

Also, for a first cycle, doesn't 40mg of dbol everyday seem like a lot?

Re: Beginners; there is no need to over-complicate cycles.

god that's from years ago... can't say I would agree with my thoughts on it anymore

in fact I've just done a search it was 2004 http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/steroid-t...te-cycles.html

I wouldn't even recommend using that much now for early cycles, and the PCT times are wrong lol
