I have a question I am hoping some of you more educated few can assist with.

I have just got Pregnyl(HCG)-not easy over here I might add-but I got the 5000iu x 3 amps.

Not knowing a helluva lot regarding this product, I thought I could take 500iu eod, but on reading the leaflet, it states that onced mixed, you must use it immediately and do not store for later use!

However, in an article on the site – understanding pct – it states that 5000iu total with 20mg nolvadex for weeks 3 and 4 is ok, and then 2500iu in week 5?

Does this mean I can take the entire 5000iu in one injection?if not – what do you advise?

I have also read that too much hcg has the reverse effect?

my last cyp shot was 3 weeks ago, and last prop 10 days ago, last winny tab was 4 days ago - so by my calculations, i really need to start asap

It comes with sterile water. Once mixed with that, it needs to be used immediately.

If you get some bac water, you can mix it with that, and it lasts (I think) a couple of weeks or so in the fridge once mixed.

I also have 5000UI HCG, and was planning on using it last cycle (although didn't in the end). What I would have done is mixed it with bac water, loaded it up into 10 slin pins, and jabbed 500UI 2-3 times a week for a few weeks.

Taking 5000UI in one go is not too sensible.

It's quite possible. I see your location is South Africa, so I have no idea whether you'll be able to get it locally there.

In the US I believe many/most pharmacies stock it. In the UK they tend not to.

The best thing you can do is call one and ask. If they don't, just order it online. It's extremely cheap anyway.

Ive always mixed it with the sterile water and stored it in the fridge for up to 10 days, without any problems.... It still works and my nuts bounce back.... never hear of mixing it with bac water.

Bacteriostatic water is the only way HCG comes in the States. 2 10 ml bottles one comes with the HCG powder and the other comes with bacteriostatic water.
Sometimes HGH comes with steryl water and you have to shoot that day.
Bac water and HCG is 30 days so you can see my point here.

Steryl water really kills the life of the HCG.
Use bacteriostatic water and you can store that in the fridge for about 30 days.
Bacterio static water comes in 30ml bottles.

I use HCG throughout the cycle starting at week 3 and continue to the end.
I use about 500iu every 3 days or so. If the testicles get a bit stubbern at the end I just bump it up to EOD or even Everyday if Im still getting atrophy.

HCG has a half life of about 5 days so in theory a couple of jabs a week would be ok.
I dont think 5000IU is a good idea as too much HCG can damage the leydig cells in the testicles.
HCG mimicks LH and this is the chemical that comes form the petiutary gland and tells the balls to go to work.
If you have testicular atrophy and come off a cycle you will take a long time to recover as LH comes back pretty quickly but the testicles can take weeks or even months to start producing.

The most I have ever used at one time was 1000Iu ED for 10 days. I had to do this after a long course of deca that gave me a hard shutdown.

So if you got some HCG and it containes steryl water, I would go out and purchase a 30 ml bottle of bacteriostatic water and use that. Onced mixed you will either have to pre-load the syrenges or use that 30 ml bottle and keep it in the fridge.
30ml bottles are only $5.00 really cheap.

Sub-q is my favorite way to use HCG but you can toss it in with the gear and use intramuscular too.
