Diretics (water lose tablets) - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Just wondering how far out you start these water lose tabs.
I have Aldactone.
I have heard to start them 10 days out from a show, 7 days, 5 days and 3 days out.
Any body shine some light on this problem that i'm having???:confused:

Carefull bro with diuretics you can lose alot of potassium and electrolytes. This is vital for muscle constriction and beings that your heart is one big muscle be carefull.

I dont know when to take them for a contest.
Ask Jimmy, pscarb, one smart cookie, or any of the guys that have been in contests.
PM them and they can help you.

Yes I have used them and yes I know how to use them....but not over the internet....anyone who does so is very irresponsable due to the fact that you need to have a one on one trainer who can see you every day and who is available for you to call if anything goes wrong

If used incorrectly, you can die!!!!

I want to lock this thread, not cos you have asked anything wrong, but for the above rreasons

if you dont have someone around you who knows how to use them....then dont
