   | Genital Warts or Human Papilloma virus are a virus (obviously). Steroids can lower your immune system, this would include immunity to viruses therefore it is plausible that it had an affect. THe virus is fairly virulent though so you may well ahve got it anyway. A lot of people get recurrent throat and chest infections whilst 'on' also. hth SD

 | i am on pct at the mo and i am feeling like ****. i had no other side effects while on or in my pct but i just keep getting ill. this is the forth virus i have picked up and i am starting to wonder wether its all worth while

 | I'm sick as **** right now, and on top of everythiong I finally caught my first cold in ages. I'm taking a product called garlicin CF by natures way for this, its an immune product designed for colds and flu. It does lessen the sides some and shortens the duration. (it is a Garlic, echinacea, vit c, bilflavonoid and zinc complex enteric coated)

| High dose vit C is well worth it mate.... boots are knockin out a 3for 2 offer on vitamins at the mo... got loads of 500mg vit C tabs for cheap..havent had a cold for ages mate 6months prob...my mate who never eats and doesnt supliment vits is forever ill and takes ages to heal and recover

Viral infections not too much you can do about but bacterial infections can be taken care of quickly with a 10 day course of antibiotics.
