THE STACK FROM OUTER SPACE

A Norwegian survey team working deep in the polar ice cap on a study of the ice flow and it's effect on cinematic viscosity came across something unexpected.
Deep in the underground ice cavern they were met with a wall of a strange metallic substance that clearly was not natural and not a great deal of use to their research. Except perhaps for the fact that it was in the way.
In an effort to keep the research on track they tried to dig around the object. While doing so one member of the team Jorgen Strasstenburger accidentally activated some ancient mechanism and an hatchway opened.
The rest of the team went on their merry way far to focused on their important research but Jorgen who, if truth were told hadn't the foggiest idea what cinematic viscosity was but took the project as a way to bum around for a couple of years. Ended up spending most of his time virtually alone in the polar ice cap. Well, Jorgen entered the hatchway.
After weeks of meticulous mapping and moving through the maze of corridors and levels he deduced that he was on bored a space craft that had crashed into the polar ice cap several million years ago.
From computer records still active all but in a strange hard to understand language. Jorgen used to strange and hard to understand languages anyway deduced that the creatures that flew this craft were very similar to humans. Average height, tow arms, two legs one head no tentacles venom stacks or anything that would make them viable for an Alien film. Except for the fact that they were incredibly muscular 500lb and lean, was considered slightly under weight according to one the medical records he discovered for a creature only 5 feet 6 inches tall.



Luckily Jorgen had plenty of provisions and found food still fresh after all the time in special compartments aboard the ship. He was indeed amazed at the vast quantities of quality proteins in the diets of there gargantuan men but that's another article for another day or even a horse that is as dead as it is going to get. He did however find something incredible. Written in alien tongue in the locker of an alien who's name was something unpronounceable. He found a piece of paper with a stack on it. Working through the medical library and using his remarkable stroke of good luck that the alien tongue was indeed similar in many ways to Norwegian.



Weeks 1&2
Androgen loading to elevate plasma androgen levels. Take lean body weight in kgs multiply by fourteen.
his dose of a solid long acting product. SUST, Heptalite, T Viron depot.
his is a large dose and in fact the total androgen dose for the entire stack it is simply put it all in water.



Weeks 3&4
Now back the androgen up with good mid range long term products. It is these that in effect stimulate the receptor sites and generate long term tissue construction.
The best products are Decca, primo depot, equipoise.
Take the same dose using a combination that makes 2/3rds the dose in Decca, the rest in primo and equipoise. Remember primo is a powerful anabolic that operates in certain ways and times, other products are not operating such as in a lower calorie regime.



Week 5
Reduce the Decca by 300mg and replace with 300mg testosterone propionate taken equally Monday, Wednesday, Friday.



Weeks 6,7&8
Reduce the dose by 25%
ake up a short acting phase of course and have equal shots on Monday,



Wednesday and Friday

or example a man with a lean mass of 100kg was taking 1,400mg per week he would reduce this to about 1,00mg and it would look something like this
PROP 300mg
DEPOT 150mg

PRIMO DEPOT 400mg
f you are using growth then you could take 4IU's a day at times your body does not normally produce it.
T3 25Ug per day first thing in the morning is taken from weeks 3 to 9.



Weeks 10,11&12
Keep the GH in but drop to a day on day off and combine with a little cortisol suppression to hold the test cortisol ratio steady. Amino Glutathimide 250mg AM 250mg PM, two days on, two days off.
Jorgen transmitted this information from on board the space craft wherein he had fallen in love with the cleaning robot Helga. He has taken up training and reporting massive gains. Perhaps one day Jorgen will contact us again.



As for the rest of the expedition they have not been seen since.
