Need help

Hey all,

Im new here, names Lloyd, i'm 17 and i live in the UK.

I joined the gym about 2 months ago and went from there, ive trained 4-5 times a week as well as taking protien. Although i have seen people at the gym that are far bigger than i am, i am around 13 stone and 6ft, but i wish to be around 16 stone.

The people at the gym are also taking steroids and i would like to take them but i really need to know what to do and how to take them. personally i dont want to inject, so tablets will do.

Can anyone help me? need help with what to do, appropriate cycles and stuff...Oh and i dont want to go on them for long, just enough time to see a differance.

Nice one,
Burns:lift:

Re: Need help

If you have only been commited to training for two months then you should'nt even think about taking steroids. You can improve with good training and a good diet. Once that is sorted and you have made decent gains then steroids might be the next step. Im 19 and have trained properly since i was 16 and i still do not belive i am ready for them.
But too each his own.

Mate, you're 17, have been working out for 2 months, and if you're training 4 or 5 times a week then you're without doubt overtraining. Learn to walk before you start to run. It'll be better for you in the long run.
