![]() | How long should i train Iv been told you should train for no more than an hour, something to do with testosterone levels dropping off. Iv also been told if you don't hurt the next day you didn't train hard enough. how long should i train ,i don't hurt the next day after just 1 hour,? what should i take while training say if i wana train for 2.5 hours? I'm Gona do my first cycle soon just anavar for 6 weeks.will i be able to train longer on anavar? Hope someone can help thanx. |

| Looking Freaky | i do 3-4 times a week , usually about 1 and a half hours at a time , but i can do my work out in about an hour if the gyms quite and i can get on with it . just cause u dont hurt inthe morning does nt mean u have nt had a good workout . who told u that . quality of the time mate no the quantity .

| Super Moderator | About 45 mins tops including warm-ups for weights. Or less. If you can't get the job done in under 45 mins, you're doing something wrong. BTW, whoever told you that you need to hurt the next day for your training to be effective is talking out their ass.

![]() | BTW i met an American who was seriously huge who said you should train twice a day.? ,the guy who said i should hurt the next day was also American and training for the Olympics so he said anyway . well I'm gona try the 1 hour thing and see how it goes thanks. |

By the way that's about 1 1/4 hour training and 1/4 hour chopsing, depends on body part, I do about 20 sets per body part.
