Does Eph affect pct and recovery? - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Basically ive finished the hcg part of pct and now running the rohm pct caps, all going really well actually best pct ive ever done (finger crossed) i just wonderd if using ephedrine would effect recovery in any way ??

But on the other hand if the cycle was long, adrenal fetigue may be an issue as well as cortisol.
Taking stimulants wont do you any favors here.
Personally I dont feel it is needed, if anything low dose DHEA would be a good idea or even GH...................lol

what exactly does dhea do Hackskii ??

It is another hormone that is a pre-curser for all other sex hormones, not really worth you younger guys supplementing it, with the exception of guys being on gear for long times it helps adrenal glands and adrenal burnout.

But in larger doses it is supressive as it converts more to estrogen in men and testosterone in women.
25mg would be the most I would take.
A long time ago I used it like 200mg ED and got testicular atrophy....

Th capsules i have are 50mg , would this be too much ?
