| Your heart is free…have the courage to follow it. ![]() | 1st real corse (need the all clear) Right posting this up for you all to look at and hopefully point me in right direction, now it’s the 1st time I have actually posted up my routine etc so I am open to constructive criticism and hopefully some helpful advice. I don’t pretend to be an expert here but ive come on leaps and bounds from when I started up training again properly, just over a year ago. Starting up my first proper course so want to make sure I am all in check! Got 9ml of Turkish Sustanon (dropped one broke) 12 ml deca ( not going to take yet with it being my first course, so will keep hold of them maybe till next time plus finding it a little hard finding some hcg and not paying net prices) 100 – tabs 5mg naposim (Russian D-bol I believe, not Naps) 60 tabs tamoxifen PCT Was going to take 40mg naposim E/D week 1-4 maybe longer if recommended 2ml Turk sus e/week weeks 1-4 (then I will only have 1ml left) Weeks 4-12 or week 1-12 something else. Hopefully something I can run along with the two above. Was thinking maybe test e and just dropping the Turk sus altogether just after some good advice here. Now I can get hold of almost anything but not the Turkish sus again, so im after a bit help on what I could take to continue a 12 week course when my Turk runs out or can run along side the Turk and once the Turk has gone continue with the other for the duration of the course (hope that made sense lol) Meal plan below, on some meals i have listed 2 or 3 combos of what I could have to give a little variation.. Egg 1st meal at 6.30 would be either scrambled eggs on toast with pro shake and fruit OR large bowl of alpen with pro shake and fruit. If the suggestions I make are no good or one is way better than the other id appreciate being told which to go for in order to get best results ;) 24yr old male I’m about 5’8 Weigh 12 stone 4 body fat 16% ish (2weeks ago) Meal plan: 6:15- Wake up get sorted 6:30 - 3 whole scrambled eggs on toast with pro shake and fruit OR large bowl of alpen with pro shake and fruit. 3 slices peanut butter on whole meal toast (full milk on alpen and 250-300ml in pro shake) creatine mixed in with water take to work and drink throughout day then once gone onto plain water. 8.00 - peanut butter on 2 slices brown/whole meal toast 10.00 - 2 boiled eggs, large bowl of alpen OR 2 boiled eggs tin of tuna OR both, and protein shake 250-300 ml milk All supplements: Cod liver oil cap Milk thistle 2-3x caps Multi vit 2x tabs 12.00 - fruit and 1or 2 boiled eggs, 1.00 - basmati rice sausage meat, peas, sweet corn, with chicken and Cantonese sauce over top (can’t stand chicken and rice alone) OR tuna bake (tuna, sweet corn, onion, pasta, garlic and tomato sauce) OR baked potato with beans, cheese, and tuna. 4.00 - boiled egg, piece of fruit 5.30 – was looking for suggestions on a good pre workout boost at the moment I don’t have anything and if I don’t need anything will leave it this way. Just sometimes if I have had a $hity day at work could do with something to kind of give me a second wind to make sure I get the most out of my gym session. 6.00-6.30 – 7.00-7.30 TRAIN,TRAIN,TRAIN!!! 7.00-7.30 protein shake with water (absorb quicker to supply those muscles) bit concerned hear as I know pasta and spuds can be turned to fat if taken to late on in the day but this meal kind of depends on what my lass is making, we do eat healthy regardless and she does help me out with the training in regards to getting the protein in etc so open to suggestions here, got 2 little ones to feed as ell so cant be to bland for there sake. 9.00 natural yogurt/ cottage cheese (do get puckish around this time) 9.45-10.00 protein shake with milk will just be normal protein shake at the moment but going to get egg protein as I understand it absorbs a lot slower and should feed them muscles throughout the night whilst im sleeping. 10.30-11.00 SLEEP Monday - back/ biceps Tuesday - abs/ cardio Wednesday - REST DAY Thursday - chest/ triceps Friday - shoulders/legs Saturday or Sunday don’t have to train but if it would be beneficial I could fit a sesh in there (was thinking cardio/abs maybe?) or miss a sesh out from the week and do over weekend? ONLY night I can’t train is a Wednesday due to family commitments. I shall start my log up in next week or so and weights etc and hopefully start seeing some nice gains fingers crossed, wish me luck and blood, sweat, and guts J Hibby |

You need to get a better PCT, Nolva only is not good enough. Why did you get so little amount of sus - should be running a 10-12 week cycle at 500mg a week? I take it 1ml of sus is 250mg? |

Need more sus, Nolva MIGHT be ok on own. Training, try and get at least 72 hours between chest and shoulders if doing on different days to give your shoulders and tri's breathing space. No way could I do either the day after the other. Stick to basic chest/tri's; Back/ bi's; Rest day( or cardio but good luck on d-bol); shoulders traps forearms; legs; rest;rest.

id originaly got the turkish stuff as it was last lot in but was getting more in any way supplier let lad down and could no longer get it. also at time if id had money id have bought full course there and then (got them just before crimbo, cash was short so had to get bit at a time/ lesson learned ehh) | |

nice one bill i see what you mean, my trainings been getting mixed up so much of late and this is why im doing this so ive got somthing to stick to and monitor. ive got you idea jotted down and will look at fitting work outs in to this and post up later see if its any better. | |

the diet seems to have way to many small bits like 2 boiled eggs and so on ,... stick with basics mate .. i guess you want to gain on the cycle .. follow something like this 7 100g oatmeal 2 scoop of whey or eggs if you can . and one scoop of whey 10am 200g chicken breast 200g cooked weight rice 1pm same as 10am 4pm you can make shake out of whey and oat blended with bit of olive oil 7pm 200g steak lean or fatty fish salmon and veg 10pm cottage cheese and peanut butter or casin shake or whey with udo oil or peanut butter .. |

totally agree with you, was just what i was told from a lad thats been doing it 15odd year that nolva would suffice dont wanna take unessary risks though. is £ the going rate on clomid or is that steep? i know its not steep in comparison to gettin boobs but still not paying way over the odds rather bide my time till i can get them at fare price then start course . Nice one!!! been checking your journal for last few weeks. reson i have to sort of pick is due to work mate, busy trade counter so alot of the time 7.30 am 5.00 pm apart from breakfeast and main dinner im on the go and eating when i can so cooking up chicken and rice after main dinner chances are it go cold | |

You can get clomid on the net.cant recommend though im afraid (i think its against the rules!).If you read some of the threads on this site some names pop up!.Not enough protein in your diet TBH.At your body weight should be looking at 300+ grams per day.Chicken is the easyist way.Some would say 9 meals a day is too many maybe look at 6-7 with 50 grams protein each (200grams of chicken?). O and more test! GL mate. |
