Re: What's stopping you?

i put it off for about 3 years hahaha!!!

the main reason was social implications, i had this feeling that everyone would view me in a negative light if i doubled my size in 3 months.
there were some health reasons behind it too - i was scared sh!tless of abcesses and gyno.
i would have stayed natural as the social aspect was enough to put me off, but i wanted to compete and had used ephedrine and clen in the past - and whilst it wouldnt have shown up, and there are probably hundreds of "nattys" who use 10x more i hate the idea of cheating.
i think people who wait longer and build up a solid foundation first do a lot better in the long run - ive lost count of the number of people i know who lose interest in training once they come off.

dont get me wrong. some people shut down hard and have real bad problems with recovery etc. there are a few examples on this forum. however guys in my gym who have never run pct (and these are big fookers too) hardly get any ball atrophy or anything, have no idea what pct is, and dont feel shutdown or anything when they come off so who knows.
its a risky business and you need to decide whats more important to you. in all honesty i wish i never got into bodybuilding as in some ways its ruined my life

Re: What's stopping you?

For me its a phsyocological issue...im very close to doing a Legal Prohormone at the minute but it just seems like a line to cross to inject an illegal steroid. Even though I know the effects of of orals and legal prohormones, stupid really!

Dom why do you say that? and what makes you think you cant just pack it in if you really wanted to? (i know its easier said than done but not impossible?)

Do you honestly think that? I've just decided to do a tbol cycle starting shortly. Hoping sides will be minimal.

Trust me mate, once you do prohormone cycle you will progress on to other stuff, will be a matter of time before your injecting.

Your like your gains and want to improve on them

Re: What's stopping you?

Matt

Just do an oral cycle of Dbol or something

No stress, Just take a few pills a day, if Moral issue raises its ugly head just stop taking them and out in few hours

TBH, I dont always agree a test cycle 1st is way to go, Myself and a lot of the older generation did something like dbol as a 1st course and personally I found it to be then best course I ever ran

4-6 weeks to test water if you like...

Any of you who now say "dbol will just give you water bloat, gains will dissapear when stop taking it"... Have you ever run a dbol only cycle

I have run plenty

Re: What's stopping you?

Well, I kind of want to but right now I feel really good.
Libido is high and I dont want to have to go over and do another PCT, and staying on is not an option.

ALso gear sends my blood pressure through the roof, this isnt good and is a big factor in my decision to stay off.
Now some short cycles would be fine in my eyes.

I know what they mean. I wish I'd never started too.

Their reasons might be different to mine, but think about all the money, time and effort you put into this, think of all the things you sacrifice for this... You only live once and look what you're putting yourself through and missing out on. The effort in, far out weighs the rewards IMO. But it's an addiction, very hard to stop when you've been at it a while.
