Carbs trigger insulin release and GH and insulin are antagonistic hormones, meaning when insulin is high, GH is low, when GH is high, insulin is low.

Makes sense as one of the triggers for GH release is ghrelin, which is the 'hurnger hormone' from the gut.

So, andropause is not a valid medical condition, which effects older men then?

Re: HGH

what Tat has said about insulin and GH is correct but for some reason when you combine GH and Slin at the same time the results are amazing...

Yeah that's why I was confused. I figured perhaps naturally you could spike you insulin through food and combined with GH and get some added benefit.

Dont generally have carbs before bed so will watch out in the future on this.

Owing to the olympics I've been made aware it's in short supply. Because of this the cost has doubled!
Have you found this?

Apparently most manufacturing companies around the stadium in China have been shut to decrease pollution levels

Re: HGH

I always had pot belly (don't laugh) but being quite short and not much BF else where it was really noticeablle and any gains I made at the gym were eclipsed buy this eyesore.I tried all manner of diets cutting out certain foods, increasing cardio with no success.I did some research on HGH and about 2 months ago tried Genotrapin. I injected 3 iu's, 2 days on 2 days off for 6 weeks and for the first time in about 10 years I now have a flat stomach. My confidence has gone through the roof I can now wear tighter tops and no longer have to hide my belly under baggy shirts. At the gym people come up to me and comment on how good my body is looking now.I used to think I was wasting my time at the gym but now when I look in the mirror all I can see is muscle definition and NO fat belly. One of the best things Iv'e ever taken in my life...
