 | adex clarification If doing a basic 500mg per wk test 1-10 wks, and 30mg ed d-bol 1-4 wks. Do you... a) take adex eod @ .25 to prevent bloat and gyno 1-10wks b) don't take adex, but use nova if gyno symptoms appear c) start taking adex when gyno symptoms appear Generally these three options I've seen several times. So what is the best option? |

Arimidex (Anastrozole) is what we call an aromatase inhibitor AI Many anabolic steroids aromatize (convert to estrogen via the aromatase enzyme), and this is responsible for many of the unwanted side effects found with anabolic steroid use (acne, gynocomastia, water-retention, etc... My advice it run 0.5 mg every other day and it will keep water retention down and help protect against gyno Nolva should only be used if the gyno appears |
