Can anyone shed any light on this?

I've been taking 250mg Test E/wk with 50mg Proviron/day since March this year, I've made slow but steady gains but completely changed my body composition and I've been very happy until recently.

Throughout the cycle I have felt great, mood has been up as you'd expect and all was well. However in the last few weeks, I have seen a sudden drop in wellbeing and sex drive and I generally feel all estrogenic.

What has gone wrong and how can I combat it?

The dose hasn't changed, nor has anything else, I've thought about doing an 8 week blast to 500mg/wk but I wonder if this might make things worse.

Any help/opinions greatly appreciated.

Hmm, interesting Dogboy, I hadn't even considered that, are these symptoms consistent with thyroid problems then and would T3 help, I have plenty of it?

Body has probably reached a statis mate, levelled out as it were

You cant feel like superman forever on 250mg wk test, Very doubtfull anything is inherently wrong, options open to you are

1) come off, run PCT of sorts

2) up test dose

3) add or remove or swap around compounds

Re: Can anyone shed any light on this?

when administering compounds for any length of time, the thyroid downregulates, could also be adrenals.Id get bloodwork before trying to guess whats up,but thats me.

or you could try 50mcg T3 and see if anything improves.I wouldn't adjust your test, maybe lower it if anything, also you could come off the proviron for a few weeks and give the 9 month liver pounding a rest,i know proviron is fairly mild, but still.

Thanks for the tip JW, this was my initial thought, I was just a bit wary of the lack of libido perhaps being due to excess estrogen and wondered if increasing the Test dose might make the problem worse, i.e. more Test might equal more conversion to estrogen.

I've been wanting to get bloodwork done privately for some time now, can you recommend anywhere?

I've kept with the Proviron so far to maintain libido but I guess if it's shot now anyway I may as well drop it for a while, I've been using Liv 52 throughout also to help the liver out.

I have just started to include one in the last 2 weeks, Aromasin @ 12.5mg/day but it hasn't made any difference.

TBH I wasn't sure one would be necessary at such a low dose.

Honestly bro,it will cost a bomb going private.I looked into it a while ago and got quoted over £600!

Before dropping the proviron or adding T3,it may be worth upping the proviron to 100mg for a week or so just to see if that improves it.If it does you can narrow it down to being estro/shbg/DHT.Then you know to lower your dose to say 125mg/week and give it some time to return to homeostasis....unless you want to run a full PCT

edit: just saw the post above. You really shouldnt need an AI at such a low dose, especially as you're running proviron.I guess that rules out estrogen

Beat me to it Joe, totally agree mate.
I'd plug for option 1, take some time out, give your CNS a break, possible adrenal fatigue too but more likely just as Joe said.

Re: Can anyone shed any light on this?

Dogboy, I did increase the Proviron to 100mg a few weeks back when the problems started but no difference.
