Clomid during PCT

Guys,

Is clomid a necessity during PCT, after doing some research theres a lot conflicting theories, some sites recommend just using nolva due to the potential sides of clomid. The cycle would be 500mg p/w of test e

Re: Clomid during PCT

I would recommend both, also look into hcg.

There are guys on here who know more than me, but would be surprised if they said no to Clomid.

Cheers Dagman,

I've looked into HCG, again conflicting stories on whether or not to use it, something like that I will pay alot of attention to so I do not get any rebound when going into PCT. Its just the clomid issue, i'm waiting on a reply from my mate (he's a hemotology pharmacist) to see how harsh this drug really is and was wondering what the experts thought

No problems, I would even say if you had to run Clomid or Nolva - most people would run Clomid.

Looking into HCG myself at the moment and agree with what you say about to run it or not.

As I said above hopefully someone with more knowledge may help more

Re: Clomid during PCT

Hackski and Mars (and many others) both recommend using Clomid during PCT, if they recommend it, then that's good enough for me.

Re: Clomid during PCT

There's not really any conflicting advice with regards to using Clomid in PCT in any research I have done, almost all experienced AAS users will recommend both to be used in PCT..............that said though there is a lot of scare mongering and over exaggerating when it comes to Clomid sides that IMO makes guys like yourself go off and do things half ar*sed and then have no end of problems in recovery!

Re: Clomid during PCT

My most recent PCT did not use clomid as a single compound. I have no objection to using clomid, it was more that I had other stuff hanging around and wanted to use what I had rather than source more clomid on top.

I was on for three years solid prior to coming off - crusing at 250mg per week, blasting around 2000mg per week, plenty of tren thrown into the mix for good measure. I was pretty well shut down to say the least.

After a tough 6 weeks, I found my recovery was pretty good. Recent bloods have confirmed this. I squatted 265kgs for a triple in the gym last night, totally clean - strength, libido, vitality all good.

I ran a lot of HCG in the first instance, then a simple course of nolva and aromasin for 8 weeks. I also had some ROHM PCT caps lying around and threw one a day in on top of the other stuff for a month.

Here's the Anthony Roberts article upon which I based my PCT.

PHHead its not a case of doing it half ar*sed, my course hasn't begun yet and i'm covering all angles. I wouldn't run the course without a PCT in place, and if i'm unsure about it I won't run one. But looking at some info on it a lot of the sides tend to come from high doseage at long levels; any drug, even paracetomol is dangerous at high levels, so its looks like its GTG. Cheers for the input
